Smith reclassified into the class of 2026 this summer, transferring from La Salle to Academy New Church. A combo forward with a versatile offensive skillset, Smith can stretch the floor to the 3-point arc, has a pretty solid handle (especially for his size) and can attack the bucket off the bounce, and will post up smaller defenders or even posts with a couple inches on him, with a variety of post moves and good touch around the rim. He'll likely be a combo '3'/'4' by the time he gets to college, though with a couple inches more on his frame he could be a really good stretch '4' man. (5/16/2023)
