Scouting Report
He is a very strong and athletic wing player that is always in attack mode. Lloyd already has a great body for a guard and plays with a very physical nature. When he is driving to the basket he is looking to score. He wasn’t really a great shooter prior to 2013, but he’s working on his jumper and is becoming a better 3-point shooter. He also plays very aggressive on the defensive end, trying to step into passing lanes and going for steals. He looks to get out in transition and finish above the rim. Because of his solid body and his game, he’s going to get looks in the CAA/Atlantic 10 with a chance to get a look from a high-major or two. –April 18, 2014

Updates
(July 1, 2014): Lloyd added an offer from Monmouth to those from Quinnipiac, Bowling Green, Western Kentucky, Robert Morris, Delaware and Drexel.

(May 13, 2014): Lloyd tells CoBL he picked up an offer from Quinnipiac.

(April 28, 2014): Lloyd added offers from Bowling Green, Western Kentucky and Robert Morris after the Pitt Jam Fest.

(December 26, 2013) Lloyd tells CoBL that he has now picked up an offer from CAA member Delaware this morning.

(November 6,2013): CoBL has learned that Lloyd has received an offer from Drexel.

(October 22, 2013): Lloyd transferred from The Haverford School to Imhotep Charter. Because he’s heading back to the Public League (he was previously in the 2014 class at Franklin Learning Center back in 2011-12), it’s expected that Lloyd will play one year in the Public League and then prep in 2014-15.

(July 15, 2013): Lloyd said that he’s gotten calls from Rutgers coach Eddie Jordan and VCU assistant Mike Rhoades following a strong performance in the Elevate Hoops Showdown.

(June 21, 2013): Lloyd picked up his first offer, from St. Joseph’s, during his visit there.

“It’s a nice campus,” he told CoBL by text. “Really liked it.”

(June 15, 2013): Lloyd got calls from Penn State, Old Dominion, St. Joseph’s, Miami (Fl.), Georgetown and La Salle on the first day that D-Is could call rising juniors.

(June 7, 2013): Lloyd told CoBL that he has interest from both Rider and Xavier. He also has a visit with Saint Joseph’s scheduled for next week, following in the footsteps of his Haverford teammate Shawn Alston (who picked up an offer from the Hawks this week).

(May 20, 2013): Lloyd continued a strong start to the AAU season in Newport News, Va. at the Hoop Group’s Southern Jam Fest:

In a blowout that saw Team Philly win by over 50 points on Saturday, Lloyd could not be stopped. The 2015 guard from the Haverford School, on several occasions, fought through contact to convert and-ones and showed off some major hops with a few dunks. Lloyd said on Saturday that he is drawing interest from Miami, Syracuse, Temple, St. Joe’s, Villanova and Quinnipiac.
