Temple released their 2012-13 schedule on Thursday, along with the release of the official Atlantic 10 conference schedule. One thing is for sure–by the time conference play rolls around Fran Dunphy’s squad will be battle tested.
On Dec. 5, the Owls take on Villanova, which is always a hard-fought rivalry game. Three days later Temple takes on Duke for the second consecutive year, this time at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, NJ. Last year Temple knocked off the Blue Devils at the Wells Fargo Center.
Two other games stand out on the non-conference schedule: a Dec. 22 matchup with national powerhouse Syracuse, and Jan. 6 trip to Allen Fieldhouse to take on Bill Self’s Kansas Jayhawks, who played in last year’s national championship game.

Thinking 22 wins possible. However, this does not include wins against duke, syracuse or kansas. I think the game we must win is st. louis and vcu at home to get those marquee wins. 20+ wins in A10 this year should get an at large berth but we’ll see.
